Amazing for support after having a baby!
Im 5โ3โ and about 145lbs, I got a small and it snuggly fits on the smallest hooks, probably could have gotten an extra small if I really wanted to be snatched, but this size is quite comfortable! It provides back support, accentuates my waist, and I wouldโve loved this for recovery, after having my baby! Looks good, though be aware if you wear it under something tight you can see the boning. Feels like really good quality, the fabric is thick and the hooks are sturdy. Definitely good value! As someone who is pretty short, itโs maybe a half inch too long, but not uncomfortable.

Great for moving down a size or two
The size is pretty dead on I got a med for myself (5 foot and 140lbs) very flexible and moves with the body after getting use to it. The material is comfy. There are tons of hooks to fasten so putting it on can be a pain but it hides well under clothes. it was worth it for me and losing some of those extra rolls I felt like I looked 20lbs lighter.

PERFECTION ITSELF ๐ท๐ฉท
First of all, this waist trainer is SOFT on the inside, almost as if it were lined in fleece, but it's not. It does not scratch or itch in any way. I got the 3XL, the largest size they offere, and in its tightest setting it fits really nice. In my opinion, they run small. It pulls in my tummy quite a bit, and most importantly, it removes ALL the fat rolls on my back all the way up to my bra. It has a 'Stay' below each breast going all the way from top to bottom, and others front and back as well. I do not feel any one of these at all. Not at all, even sitting down. After I put it on, I tried on a top that I was not going to be able to wear because it showed my fat rolls in the back. I put that top on when I had this Cincher on, and from every angle, everything was SMOOTH with no bumps or anything. I highly recommend giving this waist trainer cincher SERIOUS consideration. You won't be disappointed. This is the best ever. ๐ท๐ฉท๐

Amazing
This is the best shapewear I have ever worn in my life I have never had it hold so snug and so comfortably it fits great my posture is straight it's adjustable it holds everything in the quality is there the sturdiness is there I can sit in it I can move in it still and it's still keeps everything in place this item is amazing and extremely easy to use
