What I love most about it isn't that it gives me energy. Plenty of things can do that. It's the quality of the energy. Coffee sometimes feels like being launched out of a cannon. My apologies for writing this review so late—I purchased this about a year and a half ago, but it definitely deserves the recognition. I really enjoyed using this product. It mixed easily with water, tasted great, and was just as enjoyable cold as it was at room temperature. I often carried the powder with me to work because I manage a very busy retail store, and there are days when breaks don’t always happen on schedule. For me, it helped take the edge off my appetite so I could stay focused until I had time to eat. I even shared it with a few coworkers because they were curious about what I was drinking. If you’re looking for a convenient drink mix instead of taking pills, this is worth trying. I personally liked that it fit easily into my daily routine, and I didn’t experience the jittery feeling that I try to avoid with some other products. I’m glad I gave it a chance, and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase it again.

I don't usually write a review, but with so many different opinions on this product I thought I would leave my thoughts as well. I have had awful tummy troubles for awhile now. Worse since I have had my gallbladder out (over 10 years ago). My first thought was that I wanted to loose the weight and not crave food so much. However, if it helped with my gut health that would be great as well. I have not noticed a change in appetite at all. I was hoping it would help me feel full and that has not happened. It does taste good and I add a little splenda to it. I have one glass every morning and have been doing that for almost a month. However, I did notice within a day that my stomach was already feeling better. Normally my stomach would cramp and bloat every morning. And I would end up in bathroom about every hour. Everything I ate would go right thru me. Within a day of drinking this product I already noticed a difference. That is why I gave it 4 stars. It was worth it to help my tummy troubles. I do have energy and I don't feel that mid afternoon need for a pick me up of caffeine. I am on the fence as to if I should buy another bag, because I might get the same results from a probiotic supplement as well for alot cheaper price. If it helped with the weight it would be a no brainer, but I am a little discouraged with that part. I hope this helps.

Great product. Provides energy through the day. Dissolves easily in water. I bought the strawberry, but if i were to order more i would try the pina colada.

So I ordered this after I saw it SO MANY times on Amazon. I'm going through a weight loss program and I am trying to cut out coffee, increase my productivity (ADHD brain), and curb some of my appetite. I am just over a week into drinking this every single morning, so take this review for what it's worth. While I do see a difference in my mental motivation and seem to be getting more done in the hours after drinking this, I have not noticed a difference in my appetite at all even though it's "claim to fame" on Tiktok is nature's zempic. The only thing health-wise I have noticed is that it is DEFINITELY cleaning out my gut, if you know what I mean... The packaging states to mix one scoop into 8 oz of water. If anyone is actually doing that, I will give you a standing ovation! It is SOOOO sweet, I have to water it down in my 30 oz water bottle in order to be able to drink it. It has allulose (zero cal sweetener), cane sugar, and stevia in it, all of which make it insanely sweet for me to consume without watering it down. It also has citric acid in it, so if it isn't watered down, it makes my jaw hurt as if I have eaten one of those black warheads. My jaw hurts as I write this just thinking about it. Overall, I do really enjoy the taste and hopefully once I finish my monthly supply, I will notice some kind of difference. Although, I am not sure I will order this again with it being as expensive as it is. I'll come back when I finish my 30 days and do a final update.
