Has anybody found these capsules make them very drowsy during the day? I have taken them 2 days and can barely keep my eyes open!

Are you taking them during the day? I am taking them before bedtime and yes, it does make me sleepy, fall asleep quicker and have a much better quality of sleep, with feeling better the next day. It contains L-tryptophan too so would do that. But never felt drowsy during the day though 🤷♀️ Maybe take half a capsule only until your body adapts to them?

Is this completely vegan friendly
