Quality good but not great to install on the wall as the front lip is already attached and so to get a drill in the small part is near on impossible, unless you have a angled drill part

Amazing, can't complain really, all parts seem well made and easy to install thanks to being provided a mix of dry wall / brick wall plugs. Really appreciate that. Please note the picture is of this set and a other set mixed together

The product itself is quite nice but the steps arn't none slip. The main gripe is all the screws are far too long, so after they have gone through the width of the product then into the wall plug there is about 10mm of screw left, so they don't go into the hole you have drilled, they need to be 10mm in length shorter! I had to go out and buy new screws that fitted. Also the screwdriver supplied is not the correct size.

Very sturdy shelving, but unfortunately the cushion does not have a removable cover, and the material used frays within minutes of biscuit making. Design flaw, which could have been easily remedied by having a click proof removable cover.

Hung the corner platform above the stairs to my room and my two cats love to rest up there throughout the day, providing cozy vibes from afar. It did take my cats a week or so to finally realize it existed and was for them to enjoy, lol. The platform is a little small for a larger cat (10/11lbs) but still allows enough space for him to rest on his side in a comfortable position. I did add some shelf brackets from Lowe’s as I was slightly concerned about the height they could potentially fall but I wouldn’t say they are completely necessary as there is 6 total anchor points for the platform. Very sturdy, if secured correctly. Love the natural wood look and the washable cover for the cushion on the platform too! I also purchased a three pack of the same shelves from INICO to use as steps up to the stair ledge where they can gain access to the shelves that lead to the platform. I will add that the shelves are a bit fragile when you are drilling the screws into the little support bracket that attaches to them. Very easy to split the wood, if you don’t drill the provided screws into their respective positions very straight. Definitely split the wood on a couple of my shelves, but used them on the lower level, in case of any failure. They’ve held up for a couple weeks and don’t show any signs of failing!

Excellent, unfortunately for me, I had to return it as We moved, and I couldn’t believe I actually didn’t have a place to put it as this place is very small and tight for space. Other than that, it’s very good.

It’s okay, very sturdy but wish it came with more for the money. It’s cute but I feel like getting this and more wall mounts would be more practical than just the stairs.
