The copper matka looks royal and very elegant, unlike those printed ones with some patters which look very cheap and would need to be kept hidden. This one is sitting right in my living room. The brass knob on the copper lid looks very beautiful with contrasting color. Even the screw is of brass which makes it rust proof. It would have been better if the provided tap was also with brass finish. These taps are generally made of brass with chrome coatings and a tap without chrome would have been just great. Regular cleaning of the pot would have taken care of the tap also. Though the tap is robust but finishing is not very great, see the image. Very good quality of silicon washers are provided which I hope will provide leak proof performance for years to come The manufacturer is smart enough to provide the empty box of the tap also in the package for customer to get the details of the tap. There is also a card with details and cleaning instructions in the package. Carton had sufficient styrofoam pading to prevent damage in transit. Overall happy, just waiting for copper to start changing the colour, become dark, which will confirm the metal quality. Those which do not change color are coated with lacquer, especially those cheap pattern ones, which get scratched over months and then they look ugly. Read some previous comments and saw people mentioning about problem related to the leakage from the tap. Looks like the manufacturer has taken care as the tap and the washers are really of good quality.

I bought this on 24 Feb and till yesterday seemed a very good buy. Sturdy material, good taste and looks good. But yesterday onwards there is a leak below the tap, inside the brass pot. Water is leaking out. Updated: seller has got in touch me. Looks very professional, genuine and dedicated on resolving this. Seems like it is not a hole like I had initially feared and in touch with seller to how to get this resolved asap. Update : 21 june- due to corona induced delay the replacement tap with washers finally reached me 3 days back. Seller instructed me how to fit the tap over video call and now the leak has stopped. An important note to all buyers, the washer ( there are 2 inside and 2 outside) play a very crucial role in leak not happening. In my case the external hard washer had broken at the bottom leading to the leak. I realised that this was the root cause only when I fitted the new washers. So be careful when washing the device.

Backstory - I had initially ordered the 5l dispenser but it felt a little small for my family. I contacted the seller to enquire if there are other options. He offered to replace the 5l with the 11l dispenser and asked me to pay the difference. Unfortunately, the replacement that was sent was also for 5l. I immediately contacted the seller, and he took accountability of the situation and immediately sent ANOTHER replacement for 11l. However, this time, he offered to send me a stand for the dispenser and a copper glass as a complimentary gift !! That won my heart. About the product - No words. It is perfect. It might not occupy 11l exact. But it looks beautiful. I'm happy. About the services - The professionalism, customer centricity and prompt actions of the seller is top notch. Just go for it without hesitation.

The dispenser looks good. Finishing is good. The lid handle is brass/bronze and the tuti is made of steel. Rest body is made up of copper. I bought this after doing a lot of online comparisons and resting my faith in their claim of providing pure copper. However, one thing has left me with the feeling of being cheated. They have written 1.7kg as its weight in the description but in real it is a little less than 1.5 kg. These are precious metal and are traded majorly on their weight. When I chose it , I found it to have best "price to weight" ratio among all online options. But now it's the feeling of being cheated. I have raised my query to the seller and he has offered to pay me back the approximate difference amount of 300 bucks to compensate for the weight difference. Its been more than a week now but he has yet to fulfil his promise.

Keeping water in copper vessel has health benefits.. and it is a very beautiful and easy to use product for that, i.e. it is easy to store water and dispense water from the tap and easy to clean and with a nice shimmering view.
