Great product. Much cheaper and faster than building stairs. I thought it would reach 12’ but when I mounted it at 12’ the stairs were at an angle fully extended. I think 11’ height would fix the issue.

My fault! Not for indoor attic. Cost to return item is equal to value of item. If I had read this prior to ordering, would not have requested

Its an amazon staircase. It could have had some printed instructions, but the ones on amazon work fine. The only issue i have is that once you mount this to the wall. the main 8 mounting points are all on the inside of the mounting bracket. That means as you get close to the top, the handles and the bracket want to pull off the wall. We plan to drill some extra mounting points for safetly.

The quality of the product surpasses what I imagined. We haven’t installed it yet but it looks fairly simple.

Item shorter than advertised. I have 10 ft ceilings, description said up to 12 foot. No way

I mounted the retractable stairs directly to the wall, it down with the pull rod when need it, and then fold it back up again when not using it, no hassle at all.
