yes it works perfectly, my husband is allergic and has been using this product for years, when moving to the US he tried other local brands but are too harsh and not as delicate for sensitive skin as Femfresh

Hi Kristy, I do not know the answer to your question because I did not know about this product when I was pregnant.I would suggest looking for the list of ingredients on the Internet and asking your OBGYN.
