What is a legal way to get rid of the human waste?

Attempt to find an RV park...... ask for permission....perhaps offer a small payment. Cart it home and use your own toilet. It’s very easy to dump. Maybe dig a 1 1/2 to 2 feet deep hole (Away from camping area). Cover well and tamp down firmly

How much weight can be put on it?

The Toilet can hold up to 440 Lbs.

How much does the unit weigh

Hi, The Portable Toilet Weighs Just 11 Lbs. When Empty, and Gains eight Depending on How much Water is in.

Do you put toilet paper in the unit?

Yes. I treated the holding tank with a drop in RV treatment pod and used RV toilet paper and it worked great! This unit is easy to dump and would recommend to anyone!
