I love these! They work very well and taste so good, especially considering they're sugar free. The perfect amount for a regular bottle of water, mixes well and stays dissolved. My husband likes them too! Plus they're cheaper per stick than what we were getting at the store before. Overall highly recommend!

The electrolyte powder has a good flavor. And so far I’ve had three of the flavors. They taste good. It’s too sweet for me though, and I get headaches (probably from the stevia). Also, for some reason it seems to “go right through me” when I use it. I’m having to run and go about every thirty minutes. I’m not sure if it’s an allergic response to ingredients or if this is just how electrolytes work. I can’t tell if it’s helping hydrate me or not. The taste really is excellent (even though I think too sweet) and it is strong. It mixes and dissolves very well. I got this on a spectacular sale as I would not buy this (or anything else) on what was shown as the “regular price.”

Best bang for your buck. But flavor wise, theres always better, definitely one of the most artificial tasting electrolyte drink ive had. The taste is still enjoyable, just has a very strong flavor. I would only buy these if i had a little less money in a given month, but for 10$ more you can get some wayyy better tasting electrolyte powders from different brands. I do appreciate the price though, and I definitely feel hydrated and satisfied after drinking.

I always have drinker electrolytes water but this one is the best one I have got. It is not artificial sweet taste at all. I have tried three flavors so far and I liked them all. It’s very natural taste and keep you hydrated and energized!

Great valve compare to other bigger name brand! This have been so helpful to stay hydrated while I’m not that into drinking regular water… the added flavor is awesome and I like that it’s an effective way to intake electrolytes!
