Good taste while it’s cold

Use these for my diabetic hypos. Very sugary and fast acting. Berry flavour tastes a bit like a very sugary strawberry/rasberry fromage frais yoghurt. Great price when on sale, which they often are!

Auch preislich sind sie absolut in Ordnung und bieten ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich werde sie definitiv weiter kaufen und kann sie allen empfehlen, die beim Wandern oder Sport eine zuverlässige Energiequelle suchen.

This helped me refuel and get an extra boost on the last part of my first 10K! Great taste and you don’t need water with it. I chose Berry. Very happy to have this on my long runs.

Soy usuario de la marca High5, compré estos geles tipo hidrogel ( no necesitan agua) porque nunca los había probado y el resultado ha sido espectacular. Sabor buenísimo, se diluye rápidamente en la boca sin necesidad de agua, por su reducido tamaño se puede portar en cualquier pequeño bolsillo, y su sistema de apertura muy sencillo , solo tienes que dar un leve tirón y ya puedes tomártelo. Lo he probado en carreras de resistencia de más de dos horas y el aporte de glucosa es bastante bueno, la recuperación ideal, te da un extra de energía. Muy buen producto
