What’s the total length of a roll?

Can I expect quick relief or does it take time? I've had the tape on my feet for 2 days and no relief so far.

The tape is to assist in blood flow to help blood flow which helps with any pain. Normally if placed correctly pain gone 1-2 days. It could mean it is not placed correctly on a vein or nerves you walking too much on it. Need to elevate foot to let it rest and heal.

Will this work on ankles good

We actually have some taping applications that are specific for the ankles! How well does it hold up on cotton one vs synthetic one. Which one stays better in water?

Great question! our KT Tape Pro (the KT Tape made of synthetic fibers) is comfortable to wear for up to 7 days, while or KT Tape Original Cotton is comfortable to wear for 1 to 3 days.
