what %age of orange mix in this pack?

I'm going to take a guess 10 to 15 percent ? I'm not that good at math ! I can tell U this when the orange granules turn blue it's time to cook them back to orange but do Ur self a favor use an old pan U can cook it on top alittle at a time or In the oven ! It takes time so be patient ! I hope this was a help !

Is this tsa approved to be brought on board a domestic usa flight?

I think as long as you have it packed in a suit case that isn't a carry on it should be ok to bring it. Its non toxic and the little packets that keep things dry and moisture free are silica gel packs

Is it the same insde a refrigerator refrigerating system which filter the liquid freon pror to entering the evaporator?

How can you reactivate the silica gels in the microwave?

You can’t use the microwave afaik (at least, it is not in instructions!) You spread the gel on a baking sheet and pop in the oven on low for a couple of hours to reactivate.
