普段は短パン、Ｔシャツ（冬場はジャージの上下 サイクル用じゃないよ）で走っているが、ものは試しにこの手のモノを初めて使ってみました。身長１７７ｃｍ、ウエスト７８ｃｍ、もも５５ｃｍ。伸縮性があることを考慮して一つ小さめの「Ｍサイズ」を履いてみたが、特別ももが太いとは思ってないけど、もも周りがきついような気が。サイズ通りのものでも良いように思います。 肝心のお尻パッドにあっては、もともとお尻が痛むほうではないではないのでもうひとつ「良さ」はわからないが、チ〇コの下のところの厚みももっとあっても良いように思いました。 ただ、本当に痛くて乗り辛い人は、パンツ選びに悩むよりも、多少重量増になってもシートをジェル入りの柔らかいものに取り換えたほうが有益だと思います。

ゲルパッドがどうゆうものモノかいまだによくわかりませんが 厚みもあり使いかっては良く いつも使用してます

They don't seem to add any comfort at all, and very bulky to wear

I am 5' 9" and 225 pounds. I am about 36-38 inch waist. The XL shorts fit perfectly for me. These did not alleviate all booty pain, but they are an absolute must to enable me to put in hard Zwift workouts on our Schwinn IC4 stationary bike. I love the comfort the padding provides. They are quite uncomfortable wearing around. Feels like you have a diaper on. However, they are truly helpful for making workouts less painful.

habe mir diese shorts zugelegt da ich am tag 3-5 stunden am stück mit ordentlich ballast in form katalogen ect auf dem fahrrad (mtb) sitze und daher nicht nur schmerzen sondern auch schmerzhafte stellen am "kontaktbeich" bekam ich habe einen eher spartanischen sattel des gewichtes wegen aber mit der 3d coolmax fährt es sich FAST wie mit nem suuper weichen sattel die ersten 5minuten waren wirklich ein wohlfühl erlebnis und selbst nach einer stunde fahrt mit vollbeladenen rucksack merkte ich kaum noch das ich ja eigentlich einen harten bzw dünnen sattel habe, allerdinngs braucht so ne shorts echt so seine zeit um sich mit dem körper anzufreunden selbst nach stundenlanger fahrt war es immernoch sehr ungewohnt, die shorts selbst find ich persönlich wirklich bequem nichts drückt, kratz oder muss nach gerückt werden, also zuschlagen bei schmerzen und kleinem geldbeutel, wenn ich mehr über hätte würde ich wohl für gut 70 in eine richtige fahrrad /downhil / freeride hose mit polstern investieren da gibts auch wahnsinns modelle TEST (vorläufig) BESTANDEN

Súper cómodos.

Wasn’t going to put a photo of myself wearing these shorts - it just seemed wrong and NO recreational rider should wear skin tight bike shorts in public - it’s the fat man in the Speedo look and it’s bad. I tried all sorts of loose cycle shorts with this sort of liner and padding and they all suck. It’s like wearing a loose diaper, the pockets are in the wrong places and I hated the 3 pairs I tried that were $100 each at my local cycle shop. So I wear these “undershorts” under my favorite regular shorts. Problem solved. They fit well, snug, inexpensive, wash and dry quickly and prevent saddle soreness and monkey butt. These are big 5 stars for me but everyone has different needs and your experience may vary. Hope that helps!
