Absolutely love this item. It is very easy to use. Sharp blades and smooth cutting veggies. Easy cleanup. Good blade choices. Highly recommend it.

I have used other, less expensive products in the past, and wound up replacing them repeatedly because through normal use they kept breaking. The first time I used this product, I could tell is was of far superior quality than the others I had used and it felt solid and was very easy to use and disassemble to clean. Also, the first time I used it, I noticed that the bottom stainless steel container was missing one of the plastic windows. Since it was past the window for me to return it to Amazon, I contacted customer support who responded to me IMMEDIATELY and within a couple of hours, verified that a new replacement part was on its way free of charge. It is very hard to find companies with such great customer service and it truly speaks volumes. Way to go Mueller!

Does a great job. You have to really go for it, if you don’t slam it you’ll be working harder. The blades are extremely sharp so be careful not to dice up your fingers.
