Like the title says it’s real and it works! I put a whole packet into a water bottle, personally I squirt some mio or water flavoring in with it bc the taste isn’t the best, shake it up so it’s all mixed and whenever the mood hits with my partner and I want some extra help, I’ll drink roughly a 4th of the bottle. Give it a little time and you’re good to go! Fast acting, strong erections that last. Usually wears off in about 3 days. First 2 are the more and the 3rd things start to calm down. As a woman who gave her man this product (I took a 1/4 portion just to see what it would do) LORD LEMME TELL YOU... we were a little tipsy (I dont suggest having much beverage prior to taking just fyi) we were feeling adventurous. His back was hurting a hlf hr later (unrelated issue) Midwest way to rubbing his back it kicked in for both of us like a shot to the crotches. We were ANIMALS for over an hr and we had not been that way in 7 years!!!! We've tried the couples chocolates... we've tried the man supplements... but nothing would actually affect him well enough to help him let go of his stress enough to get back in the moment and this girls been thirsty for years at this point having a high libido myself. Giving it 4 stars, I’ll be brief. Did the job, got me rock hard, after climax, still got me a little hard, then came the headache. Headache has now lasted for 3-4 hours. It could change for others but that’s my take. Hard wood= yes Headache= no I would still take it, maybe half. Quick update. This is the next day and effects are still lingering. Headache is still here so not a big fan of taking the whole thing at once. Maybe just take a quarter and see how you feel. Couple weeks after buying it. I think it’s worth it. Get it but don’t take all of it at once. Headache sucks a lot. It gets me easily hard all the time so ima be a buying this often.

Well its works beautifully fantastic. I usually get in funk after my first try. Doesn't matter what I do. But this made my day. It does taste sweet but the after taste is pretty bad lol. It was a big confident booster for me. Plus the girl friend couldn't get enough of it. If you have a condition like mine it will keep you hard not drop you that funk. I will use this product again for future use. I did take some Tylenol just in case for the headache. Like I said before it works beautifully fantastic.

This stuff definitely works…almost too good. My eyes get puffy and I get a little blue tint to my vision kind of on the edges but I’ve heard that happens. Never got any headaches. The wife swears that it’s actually bigger when I use it which is a nice bonus. So if you’re lookin to be randomly bricked up for a couple days straight I definitely recommend this stuff.
