Doctor recommended
This device was recommended to me by my Physician. Living at altitude and having sleep apnea puts me at risk for low blood oxygen. I find the device comfortable and wear it nightly. The app is pretty intuitive and easy to use. I am getting good data to help drive treatment. The accuracy seems good, but I will know better after a planned sleep study, and update this review.

Totally inaccurate
I have been sick and bought this to monitor my O2. Instead of helping me, this caused me severe distress bc it was grossly inaccurate! I actually brought it with me to urgent care and wore theirs and this one at the same time and my 02 on this one was off by 7 points! and the heart rate on this one was way off too. This caused me an ENORMOUS amount of stress. It's unfortunate because the fact that you can wear it at night and download it onto your phone with graphs and stats is really cool. This would be great, if only it were accurate. Without accuracy, it's useless.
