Austrian Black Pine | Small Tree Seedling | The Jonsteen Company

My pinus nigra arrived healthy and sooner than expected. I love ordering from this nursery as their seedlings are always healthy and never seem to have a lot of circling/girdling roots that need pruning, etc. Highly recommended nursery.

The trees are yearlings, babies. They come neatly packed and very healthy. The roots are formed into a popsicle shape making the trees very easy to plant.

My tree was shipped and delivered quickly. As others have said, it's a tiny tree (3-4 inches) and is expensive for what you get. That being said, it's a very healthy tree, and will grow well.

They arrived healthy and are doing well they lost a few needles but they have new growth after two weeks.

Quickly began to sprout growth.

Note this is only 1-2” tall. Not worth the outrageous price.

plants arrived healthy and vibrant, all doing well

These may be a little more expensive than other live stock on Amazon for their size, but I always know that I'm going to get a quality, healthy little tree with a robust root system when I order from these folks! No ugly grafts because (I presume) these are grown from seed. Thanks again Jonsteens!
