蓋を開けると、凄まじいガソリン臭？笑大量にかけると匂いがキツいので、ほんの少量掛ける事をお勧めします。ほんのり薫るトリュフの香りが堪りません❣️ポテチだけでなくパスタやサラダにも。

じわ～っと来る感じで結構かけても物足りない感がある

価格に尻込みしてましたが買ってよかったです。使う頻度が少ないので冷蔵庫に入れてますが少量で香り高く、フライドポテトやクリーム系スープ、パスタにいろいろ使ってます。

アウトドアスパイスほりにしって見たこともない商品が届いためんどくさいので交換とかしないからもう一個注文したちなみにこのほりにしってスパイスめちゃくちゃうまい

確かに香りは想像以上に強い！部屋中香りますよ。そして、1瓶の内容量多い！つい贅沢に使ってしまいます。値段が高い！それでもリピしちゃうのよ。某ソルトやソースも良いけどこれはクセになります。

味が絶妙にでてます。安いのに結構使ってもなくならなくてよいですがあまりにも匂いが強く部屋にずっとこの匂いが残るので対策が必要です。

I bought this based on reading the reviews and people are not wrong!OMFG this stuff is amazing. The smell of truffle when you open the jar each time is stunning.I really like that I can use more or less depending on how much flavour I want, instead of it being mixed with salt which could make food too salty.Cook up a steak, heat up some sour cream in the left over juices and add truffle zest. Instant mushroom sauce.

This is amazing!I found this from Blue Apron because a tiny package of this came with one of the recipes and I wanted more of it so I found this larger container on Amazon.It is a bit expensive, but at least the quality seems very good, the powder doesnt cake together and the container was more full than I was expecting it to be, so it'll probably last a while and I think it is still pretty much worth the price.The smell and flavor is amazing, it goes so well with everything, I love this on eggs, grilled cheese, pasta, popcorn, I sometimes also sprinkle it on chips and other crunchy snacks and it elevates them.Funny thing is I've usually not been a fan of truffle but theres just smth about this one that gets me.

Product does not taste like truffle. It tastes very artificial not truffle-like. Either the amount of truffle is so little and compensated by other things, or it only has chemicals that poorly mimic the flavor.
