個人の感想ですが疲労感に効果を実感しました 。 ASD、ADHD、うつ病があり、あくまで「補助」として本製品を試しました。 500mgとべらぼうな量でカプセルも長さ2cmくらいはあります。 顆粒がカプセルに入っているだけで速効性を実感しました。 ここからは注意点です。 コンサータやリタリンを処方されている方は同時服用しないでください。 薬の成分を分解する機能が弱くなり危険です。

前回買った商品(ビタミンB1)と比較するために、今回はこれを買いました。糖質をたくさん摂るので効果を期待します。

Hi everyone! I want to share my honest experience with this Nutricost Vitamin B12 supplement. I’ve been using it for over 3 years, and honestly, the fact that I still keep buying it says everything. I like that the capsules are easy to take and the bottle lasts a long time. It fits perfectly into my daily routine, and I’ve personally been very happy with it. Of course, everyone’s experience is different, but for me, this is definitely a supplement I plan to keep using.

I use this product for neuropathy and alcohol recovery, It's hard to find reviews for these specific health concerns. This supplement replenishes my B1 effectively and I feel a physical difference after taking it, particularly in shakiness. It's important to add that this is Thiamine Mononitrate, as opposed to hydrochloride. Mononitrate seems to replenish longer and the effects last several hours. My only complaint is that there are no markings or labels on the pill itself. I use several Nutricost supplements and they are all a white powder pill with no markings. It's easy to mix these up and mistakenly add the wrong vitamin. Overall highly recommend.
