Was I supposed to get a key with my luggage?

Do you want the key for the lock in the picture? If so, this is a TSA lock as well as a customs lock. The key for the customs lock is officially used and only the Customs Agent could own it. Generally, you can’t buy the key for the customs lock so we don’t provide a key to this luggage as well. We hope you can understand and we are sorry again for the inconvenience this might cause. How to set the digit? Why my old luggage is easy to open?

Dear customer, Glad to see you and thanks for reaching out! Pls follow us to set the digit, which also solve the "easy open" problem. The original combination is 0-0-0. 1.Turn the dials to the correct combination. 2. Press down the button by a tool, set the new combination (e.g.:8-8-8), then pull the square part. 3. Lock the case again, and now you can open the lock with the new combination. Please remember your personal combination by heart. Remember to turn the Dials to any wrong combination, so the luggage won’t be open easily. If there is any issue Please feel free to let us know. The customer service team will respond within 12H.
