Comfortably cool!
This unit is great! Quiet, very cool air, dehumidifier and fan with 2 speeds with remote control included. Cools as low as 59 degrees. Will cool almost instantly. Easily Cools 3 small rooms and more. Very highly suggested!

Bulky
Too loud, too bulky for bedroom. Dosent stay in window, tube too stiff. Would return it but would cost too much

It works as advertised
Easy to install, you might need an extra length of hose and a coupler as we did. Unit runs well and makes a difference in this heat wave we're been having.

Total waste
Ac came without parts, the controller is missing a button, and turns off despite everything being on and the timer setting not set. Manual was no help and only made things more frustrating. Waste of time and money.
