I love working out and run through pre-workout fairly quickly. In all my experience, none compares to Alani. This item came very quickly, and was bigger than I had originally thought it would be! I got it during an Amazon sale. Positives: super peachy flavor, mixes well with water (no chunks), great energy boost prior to working out. Negatives: not many honestly, it’s not my favorite flavor. Peach was the cheapest one on the list and I understand why. It is still good though, I am happy with it! I just prefer cherry slush, or pink slush.

this is the first alani product as well as pre-workout that i've tried. i don't understand ingredient lists but my bf (who cares about the ingredients in things) says the ingredients in this are okay. i've been taking this before my workout for the past three weeks and i can definitely feel a boost in energy that gets me through. i stick to the 1/2 scoop since the one time i took a full scoop i hyperventilated mid workout because i couldn't breathe properly. (let it be known that i don't consume caffeine of any sort aside from this so that may be the reason i freaked out a lil.) anyway, the taste is pretty sweet (and this is coming from someone who has a huge sweet tooth), but the overall quality seems good. i didn't get an upset stomach or any other side effects from using this, except the one time my hands got tingly. overall, it's easy to use (just scoop into 8 oz of water, shake it up, and drink), and i feel that the fact that i'm getting about 60 days out of this (using 1/2 a scoop) makes it well worth the money ($20).

Delicious works well does not clump

I actually like this pre workout. I have tried the orange, peach, and cherry lime. I say they are similar to the can drinks in taste. The directions say to mix one scoop but I do about 3/4 a scoop with 5 oz of water. It mixes very easy with a spoon and doesn’t clump at the bottom. It is easy to drink and has zero aftertaste. About 15 minutes after I drink it I start to feel tingly. It last my entire workout which runs about 1-1.5 hours. I like the energy boost I get especially with a 5 am workout. I will definitely be purchasing again.

Smells funny

Love this flavor- it’s absolutely delicious- if you are addicted to caffeine I would recommend their other formula or flavors that have more caffeine but I still love this one! I love their pre workouts, they taste great and make me feel energized in a good way. They don’t taste powdery at all to me. I think if you like peeworkouts I would recommend one by this brand. Overall I do wish it were a bit cheaper but a lot of other pre workouts are priced similarly and this one is so delicious to me so worth it.
