Helps acne so well
I got sick everytime I took it the first month and a half. It's been three months now and my skin has cleared up and I no longer get nauseous. The back says the recommended is 3 a day. I say start with one and then build. I take two now.

Great company no fillers or flow agents
I have a gene mutation that impairs liver and my detox capabilities so I must take natural things to help. Burdock and Milk Thistle are great!

Liver health
This is one of several supplements I take to address slightly elevated liver enzymes due to drinking alcohol. It is supposed to be an anti-oxidant which also reduces inflammation, to regenerate damaged liver cells, to promote glutathione activity and to cleanse the blood. It is only one of the supplements that I take but, along with reduced drinking, my liver enzymes are back to healthy levels.

Pure, no fillers, great product!
Love that there's no magnesium stearate or other junk fillers in this. Convenient for traveling, and nice that it's packaged in glass. Excellent quality!
