So far so good. I have had it for a little over a week now...it is very accommodating and comfortable. Very wide and roomy with the right amount of firmness. This was a two person job to put together because the pump in itself is a little heavy but relatively simple. I love the way the chair recliner, it helps with my taller clients being able to lean back while I do their hair without me having to stand on a stepping stool...I'm 5'8" but this chair is pretty tall. Worth the money. Very sturdy. The foot pedal is the best part to me and my clients agree.
