I have been buying the holos protein oats, and wanted to try these for a slightly cheaper/less calorie option. They really lack in taste and texture in my opinion, and I will be giving these away. They tasted artificially sweet, and didn’t mix so well with water. I had the cinnamon flavour

Great taste on their own. I went a little further as this was a great base for a travel overnight oats. I travel a lot and wanted a high protein option that I could pack and take with me and have some different options. I purchased gallon size silicone bags and a 16oz collapsible silicone cup. I then did the following recipe mix in the bag, take a spoon and add between 6-8oz of water depending on thickness I want and leave in mini fridge in hotel for next day. That way I’m taking the dry ingredients, spoon and cup and it’s easy to get water once I get there. Recipe for one serving (I do 3-4 servings in a gallon bag and scoop 1 1/4 to 1 1/2c of mixed ingredients into my cup and add water): 1. 2 scoops naked oats 2. Serving of your choice of protein powder normally I do a vanilla flavor (I do only one scoop regardless of brand just due to volume in cup - there are brands that can pack a bunch of protein in one scoop) 3. 1/4 c dry milk powder 4. 1 tbsp dry coconut milk powder (makes it creamier) 5. 1 tbsp ground flaxseed 6. Pinch of salt I mix that as my base and then you can get creative adding things for different flavors or to up a flavor like vanilla or cinnamon - all of them are dry ingredients that can go in the mix. 1. Freeze dried fruits - blueberries, bananas, apples, strawberries, cranberries 2. Sugar free chocolate chips 3. Swerve for brown sugar 4. Dry maple syrup powder 5. Dry vanilla bean powder 6. Cinnamon 7. Pumpkin spice 8. Dry pumpkin powder 9. Nutmeg 10. Walnuts or pecans (tip keep these separate and add in morning) You can use other Naked oats flavors as a base too! Here are some flavor combo ideas: 1. Blueberry Cobbler: 2 tbsp Freeze-Dried Blueberries (approx. 4g). 2. Cinnamon Roll: 1 tsp Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute + 1/2 tsp Cinnamon. 3. Green Apple: 2 tbsp Dried Apple Bits. (Add swerve or dried caramel for another variation) 4. Double Chocolate: 1 tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips. In chocolate naked oats 5. Strawberry Cream: Extra 1/4 tsp Vanilla Bean Powder, 2 tbsp freeze dried strawberries 6. Strawberry Banana: 2 tbsp Freeze-Dried Bananas (approx. 8g). If using strawberry cream naked oats) 7. Banana Nut Bread: 2 tbsp Freeze-Dried Bananas + 1 tbsp Walnut Halves. 8. Maple Pecan: 2 tbsp Pecan Pieces + 1 tsp Crown Maple Sugar. 9. Caramel Apple: 2 tbsp Dried Apple Bits + 1/2 tsp Caramel Rub/Seasoning. 10. Pecan Caramel: 2 tbsp Pecan Pieces + 1 tbsp Caramel Chips or powder) 11. Butter Cookie: Extra pinch of sea salt + 1/4 tsp Vanilla Bean Powder + pinch nutmeg 12. Cinnamon Cranberry: 2 tbsp Dried Cranberries (approx. 20g) + 1/2 tsp Cinnamon. 13. Pumpkin Spice: 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice + 2 tbsp pumpkin powder (add swerve or dried caramel for another variation)

Really bad aftertaste. I tried other products fram this company and they were fine. But in the overnight oats they use REB m. Which is why it has that aftertaste and is overly sweet. If they just used regular cane sugar same as what they put in their protein powder it would have been fine. But higher calorie so this is why they went with REB m.

I have Naked Oats for breakfast every morning. I especially like the blueberry cobbler and cinnamon bun. The strawberry does taste a little artificial. I hope they make some other flavors soon. Much better price and less packaging than other overnight oats brands.

Caution! This is VERY sweet, even though not much sugar added in ingredients! Couldn't finish my first serving, and it CANNOT be returned!
