Great protein powder. Taste is great. It's helped me reach my protein goals. Sometimes when I'm on the go or going to work it's hard to get enough protein during the day. It blends easy in a protein shaker so the issues there, just make sure you are putting enough water since this type can be thicker than the normal version. Best price too it's even cheaper than target who usually has the lowest price. Granted it's cheaper by like 50¢ but still plus tax and the fact it gets delivered beats out a trip to the store. Long story short get this powder it's great.

This protein powder mixes smoothly and has a really good flavor compared to many others I’ve tried. It blends well in a shaker bottle without leaving clumps, which makes it convenient after workouts. I tried several different protein powders- this one is probably the best value when you compare the price VS servings and how many grams of protein are in each serving. I love the intense vanilla flavor- and it tastes kind of like pina colada to me. It doesn't have the thickness of a milkshake- most of the protein powders don't. Unless you had several extra scoops, or a small amount of water. I didn't have any issues with clumping or mixing like other reviews mentioned. You need to shake it very vigorously to get all the powder dissolved. My tip is to use a clear shaker bottle so you can see when all the powder stuck at the bottom has been dissolved. Pretty easy! It dissolves easier than other powders I've tried. The shaking forms a lot of foam- but I just drink the foam too. I'm very happy with this protein powder and I will definitely be buying more when this tub runs out. My favorite way of drinking this powder is to fill my shaker bottle half way with non fat milk, add in the vanilla powder with 2 tablespoons of chia seeds (highly nutritious) then pour in a packet of Crystal Light lemonade powder mix. It comes out like a lemon shake! The vanilla powder is a great base to create all different kinds of flavors. I also use sugar free Skittles, Nerds & Hawaiian punch flavor packets. That way I never get bored of the flavor and makes the shakes more enjoyable

Okay so it is a bit gritty/chalky I ready the reviews and thought it may have been just picky people. Im not picky ill still consume my whole 5lb tub but just know it really is gritty. And thats the Casein thats in it. Other than that, its pretty good. Makes water thick n creamy and has a good vanilla flavor. I like to throw a scoop of perk energy in there. Im certain if you put this in a blender it will be significantly smoother
