This is a very good curcumin supplement. I've been taking curcumin for awhile now and I definitely feel that it helps with inflammation and overall wellbeing. I feel that this is a very good quality brand and it definitely seems to help with muscle soreness and recovery after workouts. I feel that I am less sore after workouts than I did before taking this supplement which I haven't noticed before. It's made with very good quality ingredients and there are no bad fillers. This particular supplement is even NSF certified for sport. I feel that the quality is very high and worth the value for the price. I recommend it!

This Designs for Sport Curcumin Complex comes in capsule form. The size of these capsule is larger than other capsule supplements I take, but it is easy to swallow and has no after taste. I have been taking this supplement for a few weeks now, and it seems to help with my recovery post workout. However, this Curcumin Complex is quite expensive compared to similar supplement.

This is an amazing supplement that is great for reducing inflammation. It gives me great relief during pms and ovulation. They are made in a GMP certified facility. I think they are helpful for me.
