Great Supplement
This is a very good curcumin supplement. I've been taking curcumin for awhile now and I definitely feel that it helps with inflammation and overall wellbeing. I feel that this is a very good quality brand and it definitely seems to help with muscle soreness and recovery after workouts. I feel that I am less sore after workouts than I did before taking this supplement which I haven't noticed before. It's made with very good quality ingredients and there are no bad fillers. This particular supplement is even NSF certified for sport. I feel that the quality is very high and worth the value for the price. I recommend it!

good supplement, easy to take and no after taste
I learned that curcumin is the main ingredient in tumeric. I have been taking tumeric supplement for its anti-inflammatory property. for a while. This Designs for Sport Curcumin Complex comes in capsule form. The size of these capsule is larger than other capsule supplements I take, but it is easy to swallow and has no after taste. I have been taking this supplement for a few weeks now, and it seems to help with my recovery post workout. However, this Curcumin Complex is quite expensive compared to similar supplement.

Legit recovery helper with clean sports creds
I picked this up for post-workout soreness and it’s been a nice add. One softgel gives 400 mg curcumin extract (380 mg curcuminoids) with turmeric oil, and it feels gentler on my stomach than powdered capsules I’ve tried. The softgels are easy to swallow, no turmeric taste, and they don’t stain everything orange. I’ve noticed less next-day stiffness after heavier sessions and recovery feels a bit smoother—nothing magic, but clearly helpful. Big plus: it’s NSF Certified for Sport, which is why I chose it—simple label, no sketchy extras, and safe for tested athletes. Also like the MCT/turmeric-oil base instead of black pepper. Minor notes: they use gelatin (not vegetarian) and annatto for color, and the bottle isn’t cheap—but for a clean, sport-certified curcumin that actually feels effective, I’m happy with it and will keep it in my stack.

Soft Gels with no Fillers Reduced Inflammation
This is an amazing supplement that is great for reducing inflammation. It gives me great relief during pms and ovulation. I tried other curcumin supplements, but they had fillers that caused adverse reactions. I was hesitant to try this one, but I am glad I did and will continue to use instead of ibuprofen. The soft gels are on the large side, but this is not an issue for me.

Hefty price tag
I often take turmeric, either mixed in a smoothie or as tea, but it has a strong flavor I don’t love, so I thought I’d try these. I like how it has 3rd party testing. I work out nearly daily so I’m always active. These pills are definitely on the larger size, so keep that in mind if you have trouble swallowing pills. But more than the size of the pills, the price for the bottle is a hard one to swallow. I haven’t been taking them long enough to tell a difference, so I’m not sure if I would purchase in the future.

Seems to be a good product
I think this is a good curcumin product. I like that it comes in a glass bottle and was double-sealed. It came well-packaged so there was no breakage in shipping. There are 60 large soft gel capsules in the bottle woth a recommended dose of one per day. That makes it over $1 per capsule at the current price, so probably not in my budget to re-order. The scent of turmeric came through when I opened the bottle. This one has a mix og turmeric parts and turmeric oil so plenty of it to make the 400 mg capsules. They are made in a GMP certified facility. I think they are helpful for me.

High quality curcumin complex delivered in easily absorbed softgel.
This curucumin complex supplement stood out to me with the curcuminoids and turmeric oil blend in a softgel. I've used curcumin to help support my circulation and joint health in the past, but never tried softgels. I really appreciate using a softgel, as I seem to notice better absorption with them. These softgels are filled with a blend of curcumin, bisdemethoxycurcumin, demethoxycurcumin and turmeric oil. The blend of curcuminoids and turmeric oil is said to be highly bioavailable. I love that this supplement comes from a family owned company with quality standards and has purity and potency testing done twice. The size of the softgels are long and slightly bigger, but they are skinny. I can take these just fine, although for some this could be an issue. I take a single softgel in the morning with breakfast after exercise. I've noticed subtle support for my circulation and vascular. As I continue to take this, my joints are feeling more supported. There's also no aftertaste or other negative effects. This is a high quality curcumin supplement with a potent proprietary blend of curcumin and turmeric oil. The price may seem high, but justifiable for such a specialized, tested, quality formulation of curcumin. I love how this is helping so far and I'm confident in taking such an impressive blend.

Equivalent third party testing, high quality standards, impressive curcumin offering
It's important to all of us that the supplements we take are of the highest quality and I'm impressed with the information I found on this company's Designs for Health website. They seem to be quality driven with focus on science-based nutrition and natural medicine. Check out their web page if you are interested in their focus and philosophy. It supports why this product is more costly than others, and what kind of research and science is involved in their production facilities. (No, I don't have any connection to them whatsoever, but I'm just quite impressed with this family owned company.) The majority of Designs for Health supplements are manufactured in company-owned plants in Arlee, Montana and Henderson, NV and they hold high standards for their suppliers. All Designs for Health ingredients are tested against their specifications for potency, purity, and identity, and against contamination at external ISO certified laboratories. I assume this is the equivalent to Third Party Testing which is important for us as consumers. Curcumin is one of the offerings being actively talked about lately in the world of supplements. You might want to do some research online to read about the potential benefits that could possibly be useful for your needs. I'm excited for this opportunity to try out this Curcumin Complex and am hoping to return with positive comments after I complete this regimen of 60 soft gels (one/day).
