She said, "Are you using a hair remover or a hair brush?!" Because the bristles are stiff metal, they don't have any give. The surface they are mounted on flexes a bit, but not enough to let go of knots that are wound too tight. There is no coaxing out tangles like with brushes that have flexible bristles.... so this is a no go for us when it comes to long hair.

This is what appears to be a very nice looking brush made with a quality feel to it. It has good weight in your hand and the wood looks pretty. Feels much more luxurious than the price suggests
Nice brush. I didn't notice it doing anything special to smooth my staticky hair, but otherwise it's quite nice and untangles like a champ. I like how strong it is, and how good my scalp feels after using it. It feels much fancier than the price suggests.

Very nice!
Very sturdy and seems like great quality. It does have the hole by the bristles that create a whoosh sound when pressed and released from your head. It does do an okay job at brushing. I really like the looks of it and the quality!

Professional anti-static brush
This review is for the large square one. This is the perfect anti-static brush for de-tangling and preparation before further styling. Is well made and feels good to use.
