I love the peace of mind of giving my plants a high quality fertilizer. It's real and healthy, at least it looks, smells, and feels like it. Totally beats the nasty fake blue steroid water they label as "plant food" in most stores. Yuck. I'm elated to have another option! The seal on the bag works great and keeps it fresh. This is worth the money and will last you a good while. I bet it helps keep the plant and soil healthy so it's less likely to ever catch a pathogen infection (I had one go thru and kill most of my house plants like I've never seen, I tried helping them with fertilizer and other stuff, but it was too late for them.) The plants that survived the infection are very vibrant and happy, and the leaves look like they have thicker "skin" which I loveee to see.. love love love this stuff so far.

Wonderful fertilizer BUT it came clumpy which was inconvenient. Would still mix okay on water but just took longer. Otherwise happy with it. Have bought a number of times and works well with my houseplants.

Just passed my one-year anniversary of becoming house plant obsessed and this is a great one-and-done fertilizer. If you want to mix your own and buy all the different stuff, be my guest, but this product makes it very simple to care for your green beauties very quickly with no fuss. All of my 20+ plants love it. Easy to use; I mix up 2 L and disperse among the majority, and dilute the rest for my string of pearls and more delicate babies. I have had no issues with burning and my fleet is bursting with new growth. One container lasted me most of the growing season; had to stock up for the end of summer, but Ill be ready for next year with what I have left. The price was hard to take at first (novice), but with how long it lasted me and the beautiful results, it's a great value! I don't see myself using anything else for my current flora family.

I’ve been using this plant food for about a year, and my plants love it! They are healthy and thriving. My African Violet is almost always in bloom, and the other plants continually have new growth. As a matter of fact, my aloe vera has multiplied itself practically out of its pot. The original packaging was not good and the product clumped together badly, but the new pouch is a huge improvement. I’m satisfied paying the price for this product because it delivers results.

Not recommended for indoor use with houseplants due to bad smell.

I love how easy this is to use. I just sprinkle some into my watering can, fill with water, and follow my normal watering routine. I use this pretty much every watering and use it all year. My plants continue to put out new growth and 3 of my Hoyas are blooming. Plus, it lasts long time for the price (about 3 months with weekly and biweekly watering of 250+ plants) and is as good as others I have tried that only last through one watering for the same price. I probably do not use as much as the directions indicate but I use every watering.Be aware that you should not premix and save a large jug. I did that early on in my plant collecting with this good and when I opened the jug a week later and used it, my house smelled of dead fish and rotting vegetables for a week. It was almost intolerable.

JOYFUL DIRT is a totally appropriate name! This stuff is AMAZING! I had been using a name brand, indoor house plant spike on my indoor plant friends and they were just limp and their colors were bland. They weren't happy.On to Amazon I went to search for something else. I read the reviews on this product and decided to give it a try. I received it yesterday and sprinkled A.VERY.SMALL AMOUNT on all 15 of my plants yesterday afternoon and watered per usual. This morning....EVERY.SINGLE.PLANT was bright and perky! I mean they look like different plants. Spider plants, Snake Plants, Christmas Cactus, Creeping Charlies, Geraniums...ALL of them bright green and perky!!!I've never seen such a dramatic change overnight! The photo is from this morning.It may seem a bit pricey at first, considering that the size of the container is comparable to your average spice jar, but you truly don't need to use a lot. (I suspect the folks that claim this killed their plants, may have been a bit heavy handed) Consider the directions advise 1 Tbsp / gallon of water. If you go the sprinkle/water route, I truly used a light dust and not even on the entire plant bed.I plan to use it at least twice a month and am even going to use it outdoors on my Roses.JOYFUL.DIRT.ROCKS!!!
