I am extremely satisfied with both the products and the after-sales service I received from Qubo. I purchased several items, including cameras, a doorbell, and a smart lock, and I couldn't be happier with my choices. The camera quality on all the devices is exceptional—it captures clear, detailed images that truly impress. Additionally, the features offered by these devices are highly advanced and stand out when compared to other products on the market. For instance, the cameras come with a range of intelligent functionalities that enhance security and convenience. Writting the review after some time.. the camera works fine but after some time the adapter goes off .. the product is good but since it's in warranty period getting service from qubo service centre is next to fixing appointment with Mr.modi .. pathetic service and your warranty does not guarantee you the replacement . They put you on calls days after days and on and on asking vedios pictures and then technical team asks for vedio calls and still no response. It's been sometime now .. if you want to buy a product with no service go ahead it's only for 2-3 months use. You can see the image how the colour of plastic changes rapidly

Great product in this price range. Quality of video could be better. Sensor based functions sometime don't work. I've used a 128gb card, and backup is easily accessible through WiFi . So you don't really need the paid plan. Design wise, is really easy to install, adjust and fix. I'd prefer better quality of recordings and better functioning of sensors. Otherwise a good first Cam for security.

I have been using this Cam from almost 3 weeks and performance is very good. Best cam in this range. Installation is super easy and qubo app is user friendly. The quality of picture , motion detection, person detection is remarkable. I have kept it in continous recording mode & in high- quality the size of video is not large but no compromise on video quality. But it has various design and software flaws. First is camera hangs and you need to force reboot the cam from time to time. There is no alert when the SD card is full. You can only download 1 min of your recording. The entire duration of video cannot be downloaded. Even if there is good network connectivity suddenly the cam becomes offline. These have to be corrected before beating Make In India drum. Also before formatting the sd card you cannot download the the entire videos , only 1 min supported and the support lady says you have to bring the camera down take the sd card and again refix the cam. Not happy after using 4 months.
