Q: What size shoes fits a large size ?

It has been my experience that the braces run very small. I wear a 11 shoe. The large was too small. I would suggest buy one size larger than sizing chart recommends.

Q: will this help with pronation?

Yes. The plastic guards on the side are very sturdy and help reduce pronation.
