This is probably a good book for someone with very serious health issues (not including GERD) because a lot of the recipes contain citrus, onions, tomatoes, garlic, and other spices that I have tried but cannot use. Also, if you have past cookbooks for this author you will find many of the recipes are the same or similar, this one being vegan. I like vegan recipes and have tried a couple of the recipes.

I personally know Terry a living treasure of Hawaii and hope he continues to save lives.He has the education experience abd spiritual guidance in gifting this information.
