Laptop was fine hardware was fine. Operating system had technical issues. Seller was prompt to respond and provide resolution.

Nonstandard keyboard layout
Ok laptop. Not the fastest but gets the job done. Biggest drawback is the keyboard layout. The FN key and the control key are swapped so pressing control+c and control+v is a challenge. If you like to use shortcuts, go with a different brand or get used to a 1 off layout.
