I love this Pilates kit! It has everything you need to get started and it’s affordable compared to leading brands. It also comes with a little pamphlet that helps you get started with some workout ideas and explanations.

It’s okay, definitely not great, and did not come with all the pieces
It’s okay. That bands roll up constantly, and the ball didn’t come with a straw or plug, so it’s useless. The ankle weights seem to stay in place and are okay at best, comfort wise
