Had high hopes, but this product fell short and will be returning it. After fully assembled, the monitors were uneven. Even after using that adjustment screws to adjust monitor height, there was no way to make them even. I made one side as high as it could go and the other side as low as it could go and they were still uneven. Additionally, the product at “zero position” doesn’t sit well. The bottom part of the bracket doesn’t sit flush (see bottom arrow in image), so you lose 1/4 inch of adjustment before it actually can be adjusted (see top arrow/bracket)
