This charger is portable and easy to use anywhere you can obtain electric service. Not only is it great for charging, but it great as a battery maintainer if you need a fully charged battery while performing diagnostic. I believe this is the best battery charger on the market while not breaking piggy bank.

The charger is a good product, but it took reading a review of it in order to make sense of the instructions and front panel indicators. It has a low profile that helps the hood to shield the unit from the weather. The percentage indicator is a real plus. Hopefully it's cooling fan will help it last longer than the older model it replaced.

I have always trusted this brand for vehicle batteries. However, I am used to using a very old battery charger, this one is updated and new so it is very easy to use. As I have always charged my vehicle batteries over night, this one did not disappoint me. So the charging speed was not an issue and worked well for me. In short, it charged my battery very good, the cord length was about the right length and the information lights where bright enough to see them in mid-day.

I'm using this modern charger to maintain a new Walmart car battery and it seems to be working so far. I would not use it for anything smaller than a lawnmower battery. I used it on an agm alarm battery and it cracked the case while charging overnight. The desulfation part did not seem like it worked because the battery would not stay at 12.6V and gave a FF05 error.

This charger works as described and is a good charger for the price.

Bought this to charge batteries for an automatic gate mainly but also for general battery needs. 1st battery i tried to charge went into Sulfate mode and dang near exploded my battery. 2nd battery did as well but i caught it before it did any damage to the battery. Both were new batteries less than 6 months old, standard 7aH batteries. Charged the 2nd battery that didnt get ruined with a different charger and it worked just fine. Used this charger to top off my boat battery that was at 75% to start and it did ok. The battery that almost exploded(swelled and smoking) was at 10% when it started so i think thats why it went to sulfate mode. Regardless if this "smart" charger is too stupid to not explode your battery its worthless except to just top off a slightly discharged battery. 12/7 update: Tried to use this charger to charge up my tractor battery after a new cable replacement. It will start to charge at 12 volts and then switch to 6 volts and says its complete when the battery is still just barely charged. Switched rating down to 1 star as this charger is completely useless and garbage. My 20yr old manual stand up wheeled charger charged my battery just fine. Its also a Schumacher brand but now the name obviously means nothing.

The instructions don't make it clear when the charging operation is done! And the display on the unit is too cute for its own good! So I have included two photos to help users. Very fast delivery and easy to use worth the price ,keeps my car charged at full everyday in the winter ,need new battery in the spring for now its ok .

I use this everyday at work, charges reliably and quickly. Fan cooled to prevent overheating, and easy to use controls. Definitely recommend!

Great small charger. I got it on sale at a really great price. Charged a motorcycle battery. Then put it on my RV with a dead battery from sitting in storage. Brought it back to life. I'll leave it on there as a maintenance charger. I checked the charging voltage, Starts at 14.8 and idles down as battery comes up.

Me lo esperaba mas grande y robusto, es muy pequeño y totalmente de plástico pero cumple su función. Cargo la batería de mi moto sin problema, solo falta probarlo con una de auto. La función de aviso para baterías dañadas o con problemas es muy útil 👍🏻

La marca es sinónimo de calidad,muy buen producto, muy completo en cuanto a funciones ,muy fácil de utilizar, la queja es del repartidor , el muy atento, pero no traía vehículo, venía arrastrando una bolsa o caja de lona por la calle, pedí dos cargadores y la caja de ambos venía en mal estado , de suerte no se rompió el producto, se apachurraron las cajas , los conecte a la corriente y funcionan ,ahora falta ver que funcionen bien y no se hayan dañado internamente, el mismo repartidor me entrego una crema para pulir faros , venía derramado un poco de producto
