I have nothing negative to say. These are so well made. The ingredients are fantastic. They are so tasty. So filling. The flavors are wonderful. I have ZERO issues digestively. The calories are right. I am thrilled to have found them. BUY THEM!

I buy these for the taste. They don't spike my sugar. My one complaint is that they fall apart, so I lose part of every one I eat too the floor. Still and staple item though
