It is easy to prepare, taking just 1 minute to heat up in the microwave. It is filling and provides plenty of food for a quick meal. I like it best over rice. It seems like my favorites keep disappearing from Amazon, so I wanted to leave a positive review and help keep this one alive. I originally switched to the 3 bean version of madras lentils from the normal one because I thought it would diversify the nutrients from a single meal, but when I tasted it, I realized it's actually a whole lot tastier. The seasoning is much better. I love to eat it without any of my own additional seasoning over rice, but recently I've been adding a light amount of salt and red pepper, and for me, it takes the flavor to a new level.

This really is tasty, healthy, and easy! I bought boxes of this stuff, and it is at my fingertips for a last minute yummy healthy meal. I put it with brown rice!

These are super yummy and convenient. Easy to make in a pot if you don't use or don't have a microwave. Love having something easy to make that is organic and quick. I add a bit of spice usually.

These are so great to have on hand when you need a convenient, but still healthy and tasty, meal. We tend to add a little extra seasoning to overcome that slight 'shelf stable prepared food' flavor that all food like this has, but I will happily eat it straight out of the package with no modifications too! Way faster than making our own curry and way cheaper than getting takeout. Many of the options are vegan too, which I really appreciate. I believe I've tried all the vegan varieties now, and they've all been great! The channa masala is my favorite :) Note: I believe my review falls under the vegetable korma variety, which to clarify is NOT vegan.
