Can the lighting effects be disabled on the QuadCast S?

Yes, the lighting on the QuadCast S is customizable via NGENUITY. The lighting can be configured in many different ways including completely disabling the lighting, or changing when you want the lighting turned on eg. muted versus unmuted (not both).

What is the 3.5mm auxiliary port on the back of the QuadCast S used for?

Headphones (single 3.5mm) can be plugged into the port and be used to listen to audio, just like if they were plugged directly into the system. In addition, the microphone feed can also be played directly into the headphones (configurable on PC/Mac).

Is the QuadCast S compatible with Xbox systems?

The QuadCast S is not compatible with Xbox systems. The QuadCast S is officially compatible with PC, PS4, PS5, and MacOS systems.

How long is the USB cable that comes with the QuadCast S?

The included cable is 3 meters (~9.8 feet) in length, USB C on the side of the microphone and USB A on the system side.

Can the Quadcast S be connected using a third-party USB C to USB C cable?

You can use a USB C to USB C cable but it will only work with one orientation of the USB C connection (on the microphone side). This does not affect the USB C to USB A cable included with the microphone.

これ以外考えられる？

簡単に接続出来たし、カラー設定もすぐ出来た。音もいい。でも時々マイクの頭をポンっと押してもミュートになってくれない。Fortniteやってる時に限ってそうなるからゲームの問題かな。

性能は良い！でもノイズが...

PS5で使用しています。白で揃えたくて購入しました。以前は安価なヘッドセットを使用していたので、音質もとても良くなりました。ただ、1週間経ったぐらいですかねビビビビとノイズが入るようになってきました。それから使用中必ず1度はノイズが入るようになりとても気になります。

新型のQuadcastも出ましたが、やはりこちらのツヤなしマットホワイトの見た目がいいですね！タッチでミュートが切り替えられるのはもちろん、ライティングも自由にいじられます。付属のUSBケーブルがかなり長いので、pcからマイクを遠くに設置できます。サイドトーン用のイヤホンジャックの音質がいいのが意外でした。

・貴重な白デザインが可愛いです。・もう数千円出せばQuadCast2の黒デザインに手が届きますが前項の理由により此方を選びました・性能は2の下位互換に辺りますが、それでも充分な性能です。・ミュートしたい時は上をタップするとLEDが消灯するのでわかり易いです。・マイクとしては大きいですが、それ故の安定感や高級マイクを所有している満足感が得られました・コンデンサマイクなので湿度には気をつけたいと思います。
