Have helped a none runner build up my endurance and running length! When I was new to running I took them at the start of every run! Now after a couple of months I can run a 7km run without taking one. Anything more I take one, tastes really nice and doesn't leave a taste in your mouth

So pleased to have found these and at a great price.
I been purchasing these via a retailer who no longer stocks them and went in to panic mode as they are great for my long runs. I have a 1/2 and full marathon coming up in the next few month and with 20+ miles on a Sundays for my long runs I really needed these. They don’t upset my stomach like others I have tried and they get me through those hard miles. With these I am paying less than half the cost too that I had been paying the retailer.
