切れ味が違う！ 次は他の包丁も欲しいです！

軽くて切れ味も良く使いやすいと思います。 もう少し重い方が私の好みだけど・・・ 普通に家庭料理で使うなら十分な切れ味で あまり気を使わずに普通に使える包丁だと思います。

さすが精肉業界でも使われている関孫六。素晴らしい切れ味です。

次男の一人暮らし用に購入しました。使いやすいようです

購入してから半年、一人暮らしで週3日は料理をしてました。 切れ味は最初から普通かそれ以下で前に使っていた関孫六よりかは確実に劣っていると感じる物でした。 錆もしっかり洗って乾かさなければすぐ出ます。これに関しては今まで通りなので特に気になりませんでした。 問題は耐久性です。 大して使っていないのに半年で刃先のほうが刃こぼれでボロボロです。 研いで戻そうにもこれ戻せるのか？ ってレベルになってしまっているので諦めて新しいのを買おうと思います… 関孫六だから買ったんですけど安いのはもうその辺の包丁と変わらないレベルですね。

高いものではないですが見ためも良くて良く切れます。使っていてもまだ１度も研いでいませんが良く切れています

I**AやSt*****dPr*****sの包丁を使ってますが、切れ味がちがいました。買ってよかったです。

El filo es bueno, la calidad del acero no tanto y la calidad del mango es bajísima. Lo recomiendo solamente si te sobra lo que vale si no, mejor ahórratelo o busca un cuchillo de mejor calidad.

Razor sharp knife out of the box with visible display of the 3 layers of metals as advertised. Light in the hand and comfortable grip. Did not give it a 5* as the handle look and feel cheap even when compared to knife that cost 5 times cheaper. Hope that the blade will hold its sharp edge longer with use. Overall happy with the purchase. Note: After a year of usage, blade holds its sharpness well. Easy to sharpen on fine whetstone or honing rod for razor sharp edge. No sign of stain or rust on blade.
