Works great, appears to be well made, great price and it looks good.

My first impression was of disappointment inasmuch as the body of the shower head appears to be made of some type of plastic and is not made of a a metallic material as it appears to be in the photos on Amazon. That being said, the shower head came poorly packaged in the box as the washer and the courtesy wrench were loose and shook loose in the box. Installation was rather easy. However, once installed, the swivel feature of the shower head was way, way too loose as the shower head did not remain in a desired position. Rather, the shower head kept dropping and pointed the stream of water almost in a directly downward direction.......I have contacted customer service and will definitely revise this review if customer service properly addresses the situation. UPDATE: changed this to a "5" star review after a short series of emails back and forth with the seller who will be shipping us a new shower head due to the problem with the original shower head.......since this problem has been resolved, we are most happy with the way the new shower head is performing......another note is that both shower heads came in different boxes and packaged very differently......the origianl came in a basically plain brown unmarked box with loose parts and the head covered in a Styrofoam type bag.......the replacement head cam in a bit fancier blue box(as depicted in the photos) with the head more nicely packed in a hard plastic type frame......the origianl shower head box definitely appeared much skimpier.....however, both shower heads worked exceptionally well except for the origianl failing to remain in an upward position.....this seller certainly stands by their product.....

really cheap product, you get what you pay for.... it i snot leaking as of yet so i am grateful for that. i like to multiple settings but but the pressure is NOT strong. i tried taking out the filter in the head but then it leaks like crazy. so it is what is... lets see how long this lasts, as its only for the spare bathroom shower so yea other wise simple to install and took only 2 minutes.

I didn't think they were able to sell a used product without disclosing it's used. Definitely water drop stains on the shower head. I didn't really care but it truly is dishonest. Anyway, the water pressure is horrible. Yes, even after removing the flow restriction. Maybe it's just me but the shower head i had before this one had phenomenal water pressure. I can't imagine what the pressure on this one is like WITH the restrictor.

So it is a good shower head but initially the water pressure seemed quite weak to me compared to our previous shower head...and then I remembered that many shower heads have "water saving" rings in them and which when removed makes for a much stronger shower. When you look into the end of the metal tube end you will see a white plastic thing...and if you look more closely with a magnifying glass and flashlight, you will see a black rubber ring around it...you will need something like a large sewing needle to pry it out. By the way you can ask Rufus (WTF) and he or it will tell you that indeed the shower head has a water saving thing in it but was not helpful in explaining what or how to remove... Of cours e if you live in the desert, please ignore this review.
