Sure! Here’s a sample review for the iPhone 14 Pro Max that you ordered from Amazon. Let me know if you’d like to add any personal experiences or change the tone: ⸻ I recently ordered the iPhone 14 Pro Max from Amazon, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The phone arrived on time, well-packaged, and in perfect condition. As always, Apple delivers top-notch quality. The performance is incredibly smooth thanks to the A16 Bionic chip. Multitasking, gaming, and streaming are seamless, and the battery life easily lasts all day with heavy use. The new Dynamic Island feature is not just cool-looking, but actually useful for notifications and background tasks. The camera system is outstanding—photos and videos come out sharp and vibrant, even in low light. The 120Hz ProMotion display is a game-changer for everyday scrolling and video playback. It’s bright, colorful, and super responsive. If you’re considering an upgrade and want something powerful, sleek, and future-ready, the iPhone 14 Pro Max is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended! ⸻ Would you like a shorter or more casual version too?

Although its appearance and functionality were fine, the battery health was 84%, which was below expectations.

English Reference: I purchased a refurbished iPhone 14 Pro Max (256GB) in "Good Condition" on Amazon Japan for ¥94,000. Overall it looks good with no major screen or back glass scratches, though there is a small dent on the bottom-right corner (as shown in photos). However, the battery health was disappointing. While iOS settings show 85%, detailed analytics reveal it is actually down to 80.21% over 630+ charge cycles—well below the ~88% I expected—meaning a battery replacement will be needed soon. Additionally, Facebook videos occasionally freeze on slow connections while audio continues playing. Since this item is non-returnable, it remains a decent value for ¥94,000, but buyers should be prepared for minor cosmetic wear and battery degradation. received the refurbished iPhone 14 Pro Max, but the battery health is only 85%. I am not satisfied with the condition and would like to request a return or a replacement. Could you please help me?

I want to return this phone because it’s battery health is not good and the screen is scratched.
