What does it smell like?

I think it smells like tea tree oil. My son is the person that uses it and he likes the smell more so than other that we have bought for him during wrestling season.

Can this get rid of body odor ?

If the odor is fungal related it would definitely help. This is a medicated antifungal soap.

Can i use this soap all over my body? I wanna use this as my daily soap as a preventitive for jock it but also wanna know if its ok to use all over?

Yes u can but I would recommend only for groin butt feet and arm pit combo to save some money. It is effective just need stick to it. I only use this soap and no creams or sprays now. On my feet groin butt and arm pitt two minutes then rinse or less time at least one minute
