Edible Wafer Paper Butterflies Set of 48 Pink Cake Decorations, Cupcake Topper

These adorable, little Butterflies look delicate but hold up well to shaping and offer a cute, unique way to decorate a cake. I placed them on a ready-made, store bought cake for my mother's Birthday. They are edible indeed, but remind me of a tasteless, thin ice cream cone. So just set them aside, on the plate, if they don't appeal to your taste buds since they are really more for look anyway. If you have an elderly person or anyone using oxygen therapy, they make a nice replacement for candles and still give a special touch. These work well on cupcakes or any size/shape cake.

Ordered these for cupcakes and a cake I made for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. I absolutely loooooved them and got a ton of compliments. I really appreciate that they share the recipe and the fact they are gluten free, edible, and so pretty. The amount you get for the price is great. They are super easy to put onto the cupcakes and look just like the photos in the ad. My cupcakes aren’t at the same quality as the ones pictured, but these really brought them home where they were special for my daughter. I will definitely be ordering again.

These were super pretty, it was my first time decorating a cake so that speaks to how much these helped. I had about 15 minutes to wash and try the piping tips and figure out how to make a design, plus fully decorate the white frosted cake for the final 2 minutes of lighting and blowing out the candles of my bday. The butterflies are edible and easy to put on and off. They need a lot of icing to me if you consume they as they are dry 😂 but who needs a wet butterfly? Okay the colors are great. The ones I have with the light below gave that dreamy feel but the bold colors on the video and pics are what they really are, both looked amazing! Honestly I'd buy these again, I still have some left from this order so can't wait to see what else I can make with them. They are light weight and easy to add and remove. They are versatile on design, just place there where you see fit. I did. Thanks for looking at my cake!!

The butterflies work well as a quick and easy decoration. They come flat, so you have to slightly bend them yourself. I broke the first one in half because I wasn't gentle enough. They look and feel like thick paper. We did not eat them, although I did sample part of one. There is no flavor and it does feel like eating actual paper. But it is at least meant for consumption if desired and looks fine as a decoration.

They weren’t bold and bright in person. They have more of a muted color. But I used them anyway for my niece’s birthday. Be careful as you fold them because it will snap, but they were flexible to where I needed it to sit on the cupcake or the cake. They worked that well.
