When I ordered this the expected delivery date was after Christmas, which wasn't a huge issue as it wasn't going to be a gift. I was hoping that it would arrive before Christmas so the grandkids could play on Christmas Day. It arrived on the 24th, very pleased. I put all the devices on the charger and the kids had a great time. A couple of days after one of the guns said "low battery" I put it on the charger a couple of times but it wouldn't charge. Contacted ArmoGear via email, they responded quickly. After a couple of emails a replacement was shipped that day, and arrived 2 days later. Very pleased with customer service. The guns are decent quality as are the chest pieces/targets. Using the silencer tubes in close quarters helps game play and makes it a bit more challenging. Putting the devices in the charger I found to be a bit tricky. The instructions were fair. Well written and easily understandable, but not complete enough. At least for someone who's never played laser tag. For instance they say that the red light will glow when charging and turn green when charging in complete. On the charger I got the red light flashed when charging so I wasn't sure if they were charging or that was a fault indicator (it indicates they're charging). There's a reload level under the guns, which the instructions indicate, but not how to reload. Do you pull it down, push it up, or in, or what. You push it up the fraction of an inch it moves to reload. Experienced laser taggers might know this but novices might not. The guns and targets light up bright enough, makes lots of noise, so the kids LOVE them. It's easy to sync guns to targets and select teams. Selecting one of the 40 weapons offered is easy. These are two of the areas where the instructions are good. There are switches to turn a built in flashlight on and off and another that enables/disables the gun being a target. The instructions cover those well. It would be nice if the straps that hold the chest piece on were adjustable. They hang loose on younger or thinner kids. Granted a simple safety pin would solve that issue. The build quality is decent but for the price I'd expect a bit higher. Quality is functional though. The guns and targets look good and the set has many nice features, like different weapons, flashlight and options for targets and teams. The customer service/support help increase the value. The grandkids loved them and I would recommend them and ArmoGear.

This laser tag game was worth every penny. It’s incredibly easy to unload and plug in, but make sure to charge the units as soon as you open the box. Once charged, everything is straightforward, the controls are simple and the game is easy to figure out, even for younger kids. My kids (ages 7–10) had an absolute blast, and honestly, so did the adults. We played for hours and it brought back some nostalgic laser tag memories while letting us enjoy it right in the comfort of our home. It’s rare to find a toy that entertains all ages, but this definitely does. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun family activity that’s easy to set up and delivers tons of entertainment.

Bought this as a gift for my brother's family. He has a 6 year old and 13 year old. It ended up being a big post-Christmas hit for the kids and the adults. We played inside but they've played with it outside as well and report that it works well. A couple of things to note: 1) I encourage buyers to read about all of the different modes available to play in. It can really change the experience if players are in different modes. 2) The guns are kind of finicky in the charger, as others have reported. Overall, a fun, not super expensive gift.

We purchased these after visiting a hotel that had laser tag as an attraction for our 5 year old. That was in October of 2025. We have played religiously every single night since then. It does not matter what is going on, our daughter insists that we play before bed. I must say that we have an absolute blast every night. The games are fun and competitive. The set is great for all ages, from our 5 year old to her 78 year old great grandmother. Just wanted to share how much fun we have enjoyed with this product. It has become a nightly tradition.

These are awesome! They are durable and the last a long time after they are charged. I just used them this past summer (2025). We have had a lot of fun with these. The quality is outstanding.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I wanted to love this lazer tag, I got it as a gift for my family for Christmas. Unfortunately, when we finally were able to open the box and set it up one of the bases did not have the internal hardware for the charging set up so I requested a return and replacement. That happened and I was excited once again to play this with my family but upon opening setting t up again one of the bases did not have the internal hardware for charging again!! So I reached out to customer support and they said I could not do a replacement because I already did one, but they said I could reach out to the seller and see what they could do. The seller never responded so I reached out to Amazon again trying to resolve this issue because of how expensive this product is and they ultimately said that I could purchase the product again and Amazon itself would give me a full refund and they said I could keep the second replacement as well. So we tried playing just using one of the bases to charge all 8 units. They all charged great, we were excited to play, set up our teams and were ready to go. Well two of the guns do not work, they will not reload at all. It won’t even register that the reload trigger is being pressed. This product has been such a let down and with how expensive it was I never would have guessed it would fail and suck this bad. I’m not going to waste my time to get another one of these even for free. … what a sham

It’s really cool looking and has many settings that invite fun. However, the charging docks I got only came with one set of cable.and does not work so we have to charge all four on one dock because the secondary one didn’t work. One of the guns won’t charge/ hold charge and it’s been frustrating, given that we spend so much for them. They’re cheaper options and I feel like I should’ve given them a try first before getting this one. We have fun with it, but those were just the two negative factors I’ve experienced.

My kids, husband and I have a blast with these and I love that they are rechargeable. They have a good range and battery life (we run out of steam before the guns do). The guns and breast plates have a real life vibrating feel which makes them fun to use. This was delivered promptly (before Christmas) and fit the description. The lasers and chest plates work well (even if they do not sync- Having both turned on and with different life count downs just means you have to have different tactics to ensure that you do not run out of life on either one). We have not bothered with the silencer- having said that we put it on and, having read the reviews about how difficult they are to get off, we made sure that we were careful taking to off - there is a trick to it!

This was a Christmas present for the kids and they love it. Works great and excellent fun for all of us. Really happy with the product and the seller. Very glad we got the rechargeable version and the charging station doesn't take up much space.
