JLL® Weight Vest -10kg - 30kg, Adjustable Weighted Vest Weight Loss Running Gym Training

Very nice vest. Bought for my son to train with before going in Army. He says its reasonably comfy and runs daily in it with Amry boots on. He can comfortably run 6-8 miles daily but as with products of this nature, it can start to rub on collar bones due to the weight pushing down each time his foot hits the floor while running, but he'll have to get use to that for his job so from our perspective shoulder straps could be a bit thicker in shoulder/collar bone area. Weight pockets are secure enough. My lad runs on flat land, hills (up and down) rain, sun - every weather and condition. Its holding up for now so a decently made product. This is our experience with this vest. It all depends what you will use it for and whether it will suit your needs and performs as you'd expect. Overall, decent purchase but from my point of view (with a huge amount already spent on Army stuff) it could be a tad cheaper.

2 mile cross-country dog walks carrying 10 kg in vest at present and looking forward to the full 20 lbs. I love that you are able to add and take away weight as required. Using for stamina and strength improvement . Fantastic and exactly what I needed. Be warned, take it easy and build up as needed.

Bought this to run in and improve my cardio fitness for a role at work, currently using the 15kg vest. I have no complaints. Vest fits well and I have had none of the reported problems in other reviews such as the straps failing etc, been using it for a few months now. I'm sure theres better ones out there but for the price I'm extremely happy with it.

Used this for a couple of runs now and it’s done exactly what’s required. Bought the 15kg version knowing I’d take weights out to run. There are 38 individual weights so reasonably resolution to get the weight you want. I dropped to 5kg which is more than enough to run short distances in (5-8km) or do hill reps for example with an aim to increase gradually in the future. Fits snuggly and doesn’t feel like it’s going to break or fall off. Does bounce a bit on your shoulders when running downhill (but probably a bit more heavy footed), doesn’t hurt, can rub your neck a little bit if you have a fat rugby players neck like mine but this is easily overcome. The Velcro straps work very well.

Packets rip when changing weight. Cheap quality but I guess somewhat okay for the price, wouldn’t recommend

So I got to a point with my weight loss where I plateaued and so adding this weighted vest into my workouts or even walks gets the heart going and you quickly get into fat burning more or cardio a lot faster! I started to notice I was losing weight again but it also makes you realise how much weight you’ve lost when you wear it. You can adjust the weight of the vest by removed the weighted pouches and it’s super comfortable and secure with straps. Great purchase!!!
