Tried a bunch of protein powders over the years. Got so tired of a health product with artificial sweeteners and dyes. This has no taste and mixes well. 2 years in to lifting again at 59 I am seeing good muscle gains and have lost 20 lbs with diet changes to eliminate added sugars and seed oils. I also use this as meal supplements or replacements when I get hungry. Highly recommended.

this is by far the best budget creatine out there! they have lab tests as well as an amazing amount of quantity provided making this an amazing alternative to brands like optimum nutrition etc. 10/10 recommended
