I bought this 20 lb weighted vest to make my daily walks and my stair stepper workouts more challenging, and it definitely does the job! The weight is evenly distributed, and the vest stays pretty secure while I move. I’ve noticed my heart rate goes up faster, and I feel like I’m getting a much better workout in the same amount of time. That said, it’s heavier than I expected — 20 lbs doesn’t sound like much until you’re a mile in! I’d recommend starting with something lighter if you’re new to weighted vests. Overall, though, it’s a great way to add intensity and build endurance. Comfortable, durable, and worth the investment.

I have worn this for a few months now so decided to do a review. I really like this vest, it’s easy to get on and take off. It’s a high quality vest and I am happy I got it. It was easy to adjust to my body when I first got it and has good padding so it’s not irritating to wear at all.
