You know how they say, if you buy an expensive item in the first place, it works out cheaper since you don't keep replacing an inferior one over and over? I wish I'd just bought one of these. Sure, it's quite a bit more expensive than the cheap Teflon stuff I used to buy, but it's really really nice. Good weight and so easy to clean.

I got the Our Place pan after a friend recommended it to me, and now I’m already planning to buy more. I looove the design, the quality, and how versatile it is. It looks beautiful in my kitchen, but more importantly, it actually performs. I’m trying to eat healthier as much as I can, and this pan makes it so much easier. I can use it for almost everything from searing a steak to steaming vegetables and dumplings. It heats evenly, cooks food well, and I don’t feel like I need ten different pans in my kitchen. I am a pretty great home cook, so particular about cookware, and trying to minimize toxins. I LOVE these pans. I use on medium low heat AT MAX and while they do take awhile to heat up, once they do, they stay screaming hot. Even on medium low, I get a perfect sear on steak and scallops. I love the even heat distribution, the substantial weight, and they truly are non-stick. Don't use too high of heat, be patient, and prepare to be impressed! I'd recommend the middle sized pan to start. They've held up well over time and clean up.is a breeze.
